Showcasing Success: Solis' Path to Streamlined Qualification Documentation

The Solís Group, a certified M/W/S/DBE small business, was established in 1992 to provide project management and support services to public agencies and the engineering and construction community.

CHALLENGE

Solis faced the challenge of creating a new qualification document that effectively showcased their past and current projects while emphasizing relevant data points for each project. The document needed to be constructed in a templated format that could be easily customized and expanded upon internally. Solis sought a solution that would enable them to present their project portfolio consistently and comprehensively, providing clear and impactful information to potential clients and stakeholders.

SOLUTION

To address Solis' needs, Inform Solutions developed a new document template, incorporating a clean and modern design that would provide a professional and visually appealing format. We applied this format to their database of existing past and present projects to deliver a concise yet impactful message of the value provided by Solis in each project. Furthermore, we incorporated images and graphics to enhance the visual impact and overall presentation quality. The template was designed to equip the company to create additional quals docs internally while ensuring consistency and streamlining their internal processes.
